These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AntiparasitIQ (antiparasitiq.com), operated by the AntiparasitIQ team. By accessing or using AntiparasitIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

AntiparasitIQ is a health research reference tool and protocol calculator. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The compounds discussed within this application — including but not limited to ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole — are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of cancer. Any dosing information presented is derived from published research literature and is provided strictly for informational and educational reference purposes.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any treatment or medication regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through AntiparasitIQ.

You acknowledge that you use any information from this application entirely at your own risk.

No Provider Relationship. Your use of AntiparasitIQ does not create a physician-patient, veterinarian-client, healthcare provider, advisor-user, or fiduciary relationship of any kind between you and AntiparasitIQ, its operators, or any affiliated party. AntiparasitIQ does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend, or endorse any treatment.

2. Assumption of Risk & No Liability for Health Outcomes

You expressly understand and agree that:

  • AntiparasitIQ and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any health outcomes, adverse effects, injuries, or damages — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — that may result from your use of information provided by AntiparasitIQ.
  • Dosing calculations are mathematical computations based on user-supplied inputs and published reference data. They do not constitute a prescription, recommendation, or endorsement of any treatment.
  • You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information obtained through this application.

3. Description of Service

AntiparasitIQ is a free web application (progressive web app) that provides:

  • Weight-based dosing calculators for antiparasitic compounds
  • Curated research references and educational content
  • Optional push notifications for updates

All dosing data and user settings are stored locally in your browser. The application does not maintain server-side accounts or user profiles.

4. Beta Access

  • Access to AntiparasitIQ may require a beta access token during the beta period.
  • Beta tokens are granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • Beta tokens are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or distributing tokens is prohibited and grounds for immediate revocation.
  • The beta version is provided "as is." Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, and materials on AntiparasitIQ — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — are the property of AntiparasitIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application without express written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the application
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
  • Use the AntiparasitIQ name, logo, or branding without authorization

6. Affiliate Disclosure

AntiparasitIQ is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

Product links within the application may contain affiliate tags. If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the research content or dosing calculations presented in the application.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application, its servers, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the application's infrastructure or related systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the application
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the application or its content
  • Misrepresent yourself, impersonate others, or use another person's beta token
  • Use the application to provide medical advice or present calculator outputs as medical prescriptions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANTIPARASITIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, HEALTH, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANTIPARASITIQ.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APPLICATION (WHICH, AS A FREE SERVICE, IS ZERO DOLLARS).

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AntiparasitIQ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that dosing calculations will be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AntiparasitIQ and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of AntiparasitIQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of AntiparasitIQ following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to AntiparasitIQ at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11) shall survive.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
